League Playing Rules - 2023

Playing time - Four 10 minute quarters - 5 min overtime 

Shot Clock - 24 second with 14 second reset on fouls and offensive rebounds. 

Time Outs - Two - Full 60 second Timeouts and two - 30 second timeouts per game. 

Possession - Jump ball then alternate possession.  

Fouls - Foul out on the 6th personal foul or 2 technical foul.

Team fouls - Two free throws will be awarded for each non shooting foul after the 5th. 

Basket interference - No blocking a ball in downward flight towards the rim. Ball is live and can be deflected once it touches the rim. 

Zone defense is permitted. 

Basic player rules 

Each team is allowed 3 imports (non nationals) 

Players must be licensed through the league to compete in any official competition. 

Players must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
